Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services that are grounded in evidence-based practices, utilizing our secure telehealth systems to adapt to each client's specific requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and feedback throughout their treatment journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques suited to the personal preferences and objectives of each client, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing issues ranging from anxiety, depression, and trauma to relationship challenges and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, further enriching the therapeutic process and requiring sensitivity and adaptability in communication.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and therapeutic connections with clients in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion in dealing with clients while navigating their unique experiences and issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle remote counseling sessions and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth counseling is highly valued, as it demonstrates adaptability to technology and virtual engagement strategies.
• Previous work with diverse populations or specialized expertise in specific mental health challenges can enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience and workload. In addition to attractive remuneration, our benefits package includes:
