Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute virtual counseling sessions, providing 1-on-1 support to clients tailored to their needs.
• Address a range of sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance through actionable strategies and treatment plans.
• Help clients set realistic personal and professional goals, guiding them through steps towards achieving improved relationships and life satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance service offerings, suggesting evidence-based improvements to our counseling program and platform functionalities.
• Document client interactions and progress effectively within our electronic medical records system (EMR) to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health counseling to individuals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not required.
• Adept at using virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Skype to deliver engaging counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a telehealth setting is advantageous.
• Background in addressing workplace mental health, mindfulness strategies, or individual coaching enhances your application.
• Familiarity with current trends and practices in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
