Griffin Healthcare Center is seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) for full-time positions in our innovative outpatient practice. This position functions primarily in a remote setting, allowing flexible work arrangements that cater to your work-life balance needs. While the bulk of your responsibilities will be carried out from home, you will still be an integral part of our clinical team, engaging in regular virtual meetings, case consultations, and collaborative projects.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address prevalent mental health issues and foster community building.
• Work cohesively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for each patient.
• Utilize crisis intervention skills when responding to mental health emergencies, employing a tranquil and supportive approach.
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources to encourage informed decisions.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage actively in continuous professional development activities, staying informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment adjustments, and overall team performance.

Our therapists serve a diverse clientele, reflecting various cultural backgrounds and life experiences. You will work with individuals facing complex mental health challenges, including but not limited to adolescents, adults, and families navigating the impact of mental illness. Your role is crucial in helping them regain stability and promote their overall well-being through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and produce impactful treatment plans.
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations in individual and group settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.
• Sound judgment, respect for professional boundaries, and ethical integrity in practice.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and general office computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with various healthcare professionals.

• Previous experience in a remote or telehealth capacity is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and the ability to make appropriate referrals based on client needs.
• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.
