Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies to foster mental health and emotional well-being.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments including clinical interviews and standardized tests to understand the needs and circumstances of your clients.
  • Create personalized and actionable treatment plans that cater to diverse mental health issues, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience is essential, showcasing your ability to work with behaviorally diverse populations and addressing various mental health challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • You should demonstrate the capability to work autonomously while also being an effective collaborator within a remote team structure.

  • Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
