• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies to foster mental health and emotional well-being.
• Perform comprehensive assessments including clinical interviews and standardized tests to understand the needs and circumstances of your clients.
• Create personalized and actionable treatment plans that cater to diverse mental health issues, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, sharing insights and strategies to provide cohesive and effective care for clients.
• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed on the latest research, best practices, and innovative practices in mental health counseling.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, which includes adults and families from various backgrounds and cultures. You will support individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your capacity to provide culturally competent care will be a crucial asset in these interactions.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience is essential, showcasing your ability to work with behaviorally diverse populations and addressing various mental health challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• You should demonstrate the capability to work autonomously while also being an effective collaborator within a remote team structure.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, which reflects your experience and commitment.
