As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, ensuring a tailored approach to each unique situation.
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, including case notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Managing your scheduling to ensure regular appointments with clients, adjusting as necessary to accommodate their needs and preferences.
• Utilizing our in-house billing service to manage claims, verify insurance eligibility, and coordinate payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.
• Demonstrating the ability to handle a variety of clinical presentations, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.

You will work with a varied patient population, providing therapeutic services to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, each presenting a multitude of emotional and psychological challenges. The ideal candidate will fulfill the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.
• Valid LCSW licensure to practice independently.
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and excellent organizational skills.
• Possession of cultural competency and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Self-motivation and a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

While not mandatory, candidates with significant training and/or experience in couples therapy will be highly regarded. Such experience can greatly enhance the therapeutic options available to our clientele and contribute to better client outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $70,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation through a sign-on bonus is also available.
