• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs, forming the foundation for personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to resonate with each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address diverse client challenges.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring every client feels heard and understood while progressing toward their personal goals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring both confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with trends and advancements in the mental health field.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client population experiencing an array of challenges, including stress management, work-life balance, interpersonal conflicts, trauma, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required to ensure a strong theoretical foundation in mental health.
• Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Kansas.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, particularly with at least two years of experience in a clinical environment.
• An understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice, ensuring integrity in client care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
