About the Organization

At Serene Support Partners, we are committed to delivering accessible and effective mental health services to individuals across all age groups. Our mission is to create a supportive environment that fosters healing, personal growth, and emotional wellness. We specialize in a wide spectrum of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues, utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort while you support our clients. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, collaborating to provide synchronized and client-focused care. Our remote work setting facilitates a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life, while ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and strengths, guiding treatment decisions.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, implementing evidence-based treatment methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing specific therapeutic goals and interventions that align with clients' aspirations.
  • Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, contributing to the continuous assessment and adjustment of treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning, assessing risk factors and implementing support measures for clients in distress.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation as per ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring that all client interactions and interventions are well-recorded.
  • Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, fostering community and resilience among clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role primarily revolves around supporting a diverse clientele who may be grappling with mental health conditions that impact their daily lives. This includes adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life changes. Our clients often seek to improve their emotional intelligence, resilience, and coping strategies, and you will play a crucial role in guiding them toward these goals.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of two yearsโ€™ experience in a mental health or outpatient environment, demonstrating an ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong command of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches tailored to assist those experiencing mental health issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, enabling meaningful connections with clients and collaborative work with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care settings can be beneficial, as we often work with clients experiencing significant life transitions.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technology and remote therapy modalities will be an asset, enhancing your ability to engage clients effectively from home.
  • Background in working with trauma-informed care principles is preferred, given the nature of many clients' experiences.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision care.
  • Retirement plan options with employer matching to help you achieve your long-term financial goals.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, personal days, and holidays, allowing you to recharge and maintain work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for continuing education and professional development to enhance your clinical skills and keep you informed on best practices within mental health care.
  • Supportive insurance policies for your peace of mind and well-being.
