• Collaborate closely with students and their families to design individualized treatment plans tailored to specific mental health needs, cultural backgrounds, and established goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various contexts such as individual sessions, family counseling, and group therapy.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that students experiencing acute distress receive optimal care.
• Regularly maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation such as progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring they align with both organizational and applicable regulatory standards.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, focusing on empowering them with practical knowledge to effectively manage mental health challenges.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other key healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care plans for students.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
