Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HCA Wellness Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and devise individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Delivering psychotherapy through a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques tailored to fit patient preferences and circumstances.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Partnering with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate seamless treatment strategies that align with patient goals.
• Engaging in regular peer review and case consultation sessions aimed at refining clinical skills and enhancing service quality.
• Providing educational support to patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and accessing community resources to facilitate recovery.
• Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into practice to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, spanning various age groups and backgrounds, embracing a myriad of mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
