• Offer timely crisis intervention support and resources to clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is mandatory (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and rapport-building with clients.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying engaged with the evolving landscape of mental health care.

• A minimum of three years of documented experience in the mental health field, with practical exposure to therapeutic practices and client engagement.
• Experience in a community health setting or clinic is highly valued.
• Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and electronic health record systems is beneficial.
