Inner Growth Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. • Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients, promoting a safe space for their personal history and emotional concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions to provide therapy, guidance, and support while adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and progress.
• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor patients’ progress, adapting therapeutic techniques as required to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and remain current on new therapeutic modalities to enhance the efficacy of treatment.

In your role as an LMFT with Inner Growth Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will provide both individual and group therapy, ensuring that care is customized to the specific needs and dynamics of each patient. Your commitment and approach are crucial in making a transformative difference in your clients' lives.

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.

• Previous experience in a private practice setting is desirable, particularly in modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or family systems therapy.
• Interest and/or experience in addiction counseling may be beneficial, as you will support clients with substance use-related challenges.

• Annual salary of $70,000 to $90,000, reflective of qualifications and experience.
