As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals, tailoring approaches to meet their unique circumstances and challenges.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans that address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:
  • Alcohol Abuse
  • Physical and Psychological Abuse
  • Grief and Loss
  • Family Conflicts
  • Communication Difficulties
  • Adjustment Issues to Separation and Divorce
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure improved outcomes.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment interventions as per regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including liaising with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Participating in weekly team meetings to discuss case studies and share insights to enhance collective expertise.

In this role, you will focus on a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with clients across various backgrounds, facing challenges such as relationship stress, trauma, and the complexities of blended family dynamics. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will allow you to address the multifaceted aspects of healing and personal growth, ensuring clients receive tailored care suited to their needs.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Proficient in therapeutic modalities appropriate for family and marriage counseling.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Working with diverse populations, including those from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Teletherapy or digital health tools to enhance client engagement.
• Specialization in issues related to grief, trauma, and recovery from abuse.
