• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a holistic understanding of their unique circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory to practice in New Jersey.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills are essential for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
