This role serves as the interoperability program manager and API lead, while also supporting the business execution data team. This position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide alignment on interoperability requirements mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and ensuring organizational compliance with CMS interoperability mandates.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to assigned line of business across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work effortsCollaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programsConduct analysis, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics, business and/or client requirementsManage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new strategies are successfully developed and implementedCollaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metricsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting1 year of project/program management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.Additional QualificationsAbility to work in self-directed environmentCritical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutionsProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related fieldExperience with interoperability requirements mandated by CMSExperience in client facing roles effectively communicating and building relationships with clientsExperience in driving enterprise-wide alignmentOther InformationEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
