We are hiring a high-impact Head of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO as we raise our institutional seed round and scale our AI analytics platform.

This is a mission-critical role for a finance leader who has successfully supported and closed seed rounds before, and brings warm relationships across top-tier Silicon Valley seed-stage venture firms, leading AI, Enterprise SaaS investors, and select strategic corporate venture partners.

The ideal candidate combines fundraising execution, investor-grade financial storytelling, and the ability to drive fundraising momentum from warm introductions through to a fast and efficient close.


What You'll OwnFundraising Execution (Primary Focus)
  • Lead the fundraising process alongside the CEO from first meeting through close
  • Build and manage investor pipeline, outreach, and meeting cadence
  • Own diligence preparation: financial model, data room, KPI narrative, and investor materials
  • Support term sheet review and closing execution
  • Maintain momentum and structure across the fundraising process
Financial Strategy & Planning
  • Build and own the company's financial model and operating plan
