As Project Manager, you will lead multiple high-end Residential projects in challenging environments across the Caribbean, Canada and the USA. These projects are off-grid, remote builds; luxury residential compounds that demand meticulous attention to detail, quality, scheduling, and stakeholder requirements and expectations. You will oversee full-cycle construction delivery — from early-stage planning and permitting to field execution and closeout — working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.
You will manage detailed timelines, construction scopes, and budgets while resolving field-level constraints in real time. Your work will span modular installations, utility systems, site infrastructure, and high touch builds. You will be expected to track progress using digital tools, escalate risks early, and maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership. This role requires independent problem-solving, comfort operating in rugged conditions, and the ability to uphold the standards expected in high-net-worth client environments.
Project Manager Duties:

  • Manage multiple, concurrent construction projects across residential and off-grid settings
  • Coordinate permitting, inspections, contractor schedules, and site mobilization
  • Oversee installation of custom infrastructure, including utilities, modular systems, marine works, pools, and landscape features?
  • Maintain detailed construction schedules and actively update Gantt charts, ensuring clarity across stakeholders
  • Track and report on budgets, identify scope changes, and drive issue resolution when delays or risks emerge
  • Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and contractor check-ins to ensure adherence to design intent and client expectations
  • Develop and distribute updates including progress photos, task completions, and risk flags
  • Interface with high-end clients and their representatives with discretion, professionalism, and clarity
  • Drive project momentum across varying jurisdictions, climates, and logistical conditions

  • Proficiency in digital project tools including Gantt charts, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and Google Workspace
  • Hands-on leadership style with a bias for action, clear documentation, and team accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting to internal executives and high-net-worth clients
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • PMP certification required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS?
$130,000 - $170,000, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days. This role also provides the opportunity for advancement in role, function, and pay.
