Job description

Administrative & Written Content Intern (Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Company: Averhealth
Hours: 20 hours/week
Pay: $20.00/hour
Role Overview
You'll contribute to real projects that support business operations and proposal development. You'll gain practical experience, build professional skills, and develop an understanding of how a vendor can work with government agencies and public-sector partners.
This is a working role, not a shadow experience. You'll leave with experience in professional writing, records management, business operations, and HubSpot CRM, along with tangible work products you can discuss in future interviews.
This position is well-suited for students or recent graduates interested in communications, business, healthcare administration, political science, criminal justice, public policy, or related fields.
*****This is a temporary role with an expected duration of 90 days.*****
What You'll Do
  • Support Sales on targeted research with defined deliverables
  • Maintain organized records and documentation systems that support proposal and compliance workflows
  • Data entry in HubSpot CRM; gain hands-on proficiency with a widely-used enterprise platform
  • Edit and proofread government proposals, internal reports, and client-facing content under the guidance of the Proposal Manager
  • Learn how healthcare organizations work with government agencies and respond to requests for information and proposals
