Job description

DSO Talent Recruiter (Full-Cycle | Remote | Uncapped Commission)
Build clinician pipelines, deliver measurable results, and earn directly from your output.

What You’ll Do:

Are you a dynamic DSO Talent Recruiter with proven experience placing clinicians across dental settings, ready to take ownership of your pipeline and unlock strong earning potential?

Mission Box is seeking a driven DSO Talent Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across dental roles, including dentists, specialists, hygienists, nurses, allied health professionals, and other clinical providers.
This is a performance-driven recruiting environment. If you like scoreboards, clear expectations, and uncapped upside, you’ll thrive here.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $24K-$36K (based on experience, discussed during screening)
  • Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE): $45K-$125K+
  • Uncapped Placement Commissions for Direct Hire recruiting (Retained or Contingent search)
  • Monthly Pipeline Delivery Bonuses for supporting active PaaS recruiting programs
  • Fully Remote: Must have high-speed internet and dedicated workspace

How Compensation Works:

Your base salary is guaranteed. Additional earnings come from two performance-based revenue streams:

Direct Hire Recruiting (Retained or Contingent Search) - Recruiters earn commissions for each successful placement, calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated by that placement.

Pipeline-as-a-Service (PaaS) - Recruiters supporting active PaaS clients earn monthly pipeline delivery bonuses based on meeting candidate delivery expectations.

Recruiters may support both Direct Hire searches and PaaS recruiting programs depending on client demand and hiring volume.

Realistic Performance Ranges:

  • Learning the ropes (0-12 placements): $44K-$55K
  • Mid performer (13-24 placements): $55K-$85K
  • High performer (25-30 placements): $85K-$105K
  • Top 5 percent recruiter (31-36 placements): $105K-$125K+

*Please note: This role focuses heavily on performance-based earnings. While traditional benefits such as medical insurance or retirement plans are not currently included, the role offers significant upside through uncapped commissions and recurring PaaS pipeline bonuses for high-performing recruiters.
