In this role, you will operate entirely remotely, allowing for a flexible schedule while contributing to a positive work-life balance. You will connect with clients using live video sessions, ensuring that you can offer personalized care in the comfort of their own locations. • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adults utilizing secure video conferencing technology.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatric providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, actively discussing treatment strategies and progress.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to adapt and personalize treatment plans based on client feedback and functional improvements.
• Maintain detailed records in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with documentation and patient confidentiality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development in our organization's evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as care pathways, to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Respond to client inquiries and needs, providing compassionate support in a timely manner.

You will primarily serve adults seeking mental health support, focusing on helping them navigate mental health challenges through evidence-based interventions. This role involves working with individuals from various backgrounds, including those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role as a counselor will be pivotal in fostering an environment of trust and safety, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is essential for this role.
• Proven experience in providing telehealth therapy is necessary, particularly with adolescent and young adult populations.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in using digital tools, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity and effective engagement with clients.
• A professional appearance and demeanor are important for remote interactions with clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and engage empathetically with clients.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions will be prioritized. Additionally, a willingness to continuously enhance clinical skills and treatment modalities through ongoing training is highly valued.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
