What You'll Be Doing

As a Cloud Engineer at Everglade Works, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions that empower our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and deploying scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure

  • Managing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Implementing CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments

  • Monitoring and optimizing cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency

  • Automating cloud operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

  • Collaborating with DevOps, security, and development teams to enhance cloud strategies

  • Ensuring cloud compliance with industry best practices and security standards

  • Troubleshooting and resolving cloud infrastructure issues in a timely manner

What We are Looking For

We need a results-driven Cloud Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing

  • Security expertise in cloud environments (IAM, encryption, security groups, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
