We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team and help us grow.

About the Position:
The Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing online leads, setting qualified appointments, and ensuring each customer has a smooth, professional introduction to our sales team. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives on achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails.

  • Build rapport with customers to create trust and encourage them to visit the dealership.

  • Set qualified sales appointments and confirm details with customers.

  • Keep accurate records in CRM of all interactions and follow-ups.

  • Proactively follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience.

  • Consistently meet daily and weekly contact and appointment goals.
