The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
  • One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
  • One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
  • Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

  • Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
  • Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  • Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
