  1. Position Overview:
The Sr. Marketing Specialist is a full-time position within our Marketing Department. This position is responsible for executing the team’s copy writing, graphic design, updating websites and funnels, social media, email marketing, video content, and more. The role requires someone who is self-motivated and detailed-oriented with an innovative attitude and can balance several tasks to help enhance our digital marketing platforms as a vital communication tool for our customers. Having an understanding or having previous marketing experience within the military and Veterans demographic is a plus.
This position will report to the Marketing Manager and the candidate will adhere to the team’s brand strategy and guidelines when developing content for all digital platforms and assisting in the management of assigned digital media responsibilities.

  1. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to deliver key business goals through web and graphic content (including graphic design, digital marketing promotions, lead generation efforts, and generating marketing qualified leads), digital marketing and internal communications.
  • Create and support campaigns executed through marketing platforms with multichannel tactics, including emails, SMS, social, and other digital channels.
  • Project managing core marketing campaigns and all executional elements from the team.
  • Write and edit content for multichannel distribution, including website, email, print, social, digital
  • Oversee freelancers as needed for larger projects.
  • Develop marketing landing pages and funnels within Wordpress and HighLevel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  1. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, amp; ABILITIES:
  • 5–10+ years of experience working for a brand or agency, managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (page design, building funnels, automations, workflows, triggers, email/SMS campaigns, pipeline management, reporting).
  • Working knowledge of basic to intermediate SEO (keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, performance tracking).
  • Experience with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on ROI.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and platform best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others), including content planning, design and performance analysis.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation, ad testing, automation, and reporting.
  • Strong design and creative skills (Canva or Adobe).
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong grammar, proofreading, and professional communication skills.

  1. EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design, preferred but not required.
  • Lead generation and demand generation experience.
