About the Role

aFit Staffing is seeking a Google Dialogflow / GECX Developer to support a high-impact citizen experience modernization initiative. This project focuses on enhancing digital engagement services through the migration of an existing chatbot solution from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX).

This is an excellent opportunity for developers with experience in Google Dialogflow, chatbot development, conversational AI platforms, or software modernization efforts. The team is looking for hands-on contributors who can quickly learn, collaborate with experienced technical leadership, and help deliver a modern customer experience solution.

What You'll DoProject Coordination & Execution

Help modernize and migrate a customer-facing conversational AI solution.

  • Support migration of an existing chatbot from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX)
  • Develop, configure, and implement chatbot functionality within the target platform
  • Assist with software modernization and platform upgrade activities
  • Participate in technical discussions, solution design reviews, and implementation planning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve chatbot functionality issues during migration and testing
  • Support deployment, testing, and production readiness efforts
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Work closely with technical leadership and fellow developers throughout the project lifecycle.
