Senior Recruiter @ The Planet Group: Creative, Design, Marketing & Product Front End Web Developer Location : Remote Contract Length : 12 months to start Schedule : 40 hrs Pay Rate : Up to $81.33/hour (DOE) (W2 and benefit options) Front End Web Developer Role Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front‐End Developer with expertise in Webflow to join our web marketing team. This role is integral to ensuring our website is not only visually appealing but also functional, scalable, accessible, and aligned with our brand identity. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to implement A/B testing results, improve web accessibility, and create scalable, responsive, and repeatable design systems.

Team Overview (7 people including the manager) 2 web producers 3 SEO specialists 1 A/B testing specialist Front End Web Developer Key Responsibilities Webflow Development: Build, maintain, and optimize web pages using Webflow, ensuring they align with design specifications and performance goals. Responsive Design: Develop and optimize web experiences for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms. A/B Testing Implementation: Work with the marketing and analytics teams to integrate A/B testing results into the website, iterating on designs based on performance metrics.

Web Accessibility: Ensure all web pages meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1), providing an inclusive experience for all users. Scalable Web Design Systems: Collaborate with the production team to create and implement scalable, reusable design components that align with our branding and UX guidelines. Collaboration: Partner with cross‐functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.

Performance Optimization: Continuously improve site speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience through best practices in front‐end development. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of web pages to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high‐quality deliverables. Front End Web Developer Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Front‐End Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Webflow.
