As a fully remote therapist, you will enjoy the freedom to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. • Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing diverse evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide integrated care that aligns with each client's goals.
• Educate and support clients' families, ensuring their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the overall therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

The majority of our clients comprise adolescents and young adults who are seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. As a therapist at Calm Spring Counseling Group, you will work exclusively with clients who have been thoroughly assessed for stability, allowing you to focus on fostering therapeutic relationships and employing effective treatment techniques. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, ensuring that each client feels heard and understood throughout their treatment journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current, active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing telehealth therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
• A strong willingness to engage in ongoing training related to our evidence-based treatment frameworks known as care pathways.
• Proficiency in using technology effectively, including tools such as Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills essential for effective client interaction.
• A polished and professional demeanor, reflecting a strong commitment to client care.
• Empathetic engagement skills to connect effectively with patients experiencing emotional distress.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, maintaining a reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted client communication.
• Ability to secure a private workspace conducive to maintaining client confidentiality during therapy sessions.
