Firegang is a full-service dental marketing agency that's been helping dental practices grow for more than 15 years. We partner with dentists across North America to help them attract more patients, increase revenue, and build practices they're proud of.
We're a fully remote team that values ownership, continuous improvement, and building meaningful relationships-both with our clients and within the dental community.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is all about building relationships and creating goodwill in the dental community. You'll work directly under our Director of Marketing and focus on two key objectives:
  1. Build partnerships with dental industry influencers.
  2. Build trust and credibility with dentists across online communities that lead to client opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Community Engagement
    • Identify and actively participate in online dental communities (e.g., Facebook groups, forums, podcasts, YouTube channels).
    • Answer questions, join conversations, and add value on behalf of Firegang to build credibility.

  • Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
    • Identify dental influencers and thought leaders.
    • Follow, engage, and develop authentic relationships with them.
      Coordinate and schedule meetings between influencers and Firegang leadership.

  • Content Familiarity
    • Stay up to date with key influencer content (videos, blogs, podcasts) to engage authentically.

  • Brand Advocacy
    • Represent Firegang professionally in all interactions, always with the goal of building trust and sparking curiosity in our services.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in online community engagement, social media management, or influencer outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship-first mindset - you enjoy building rapport and finding common ground.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple platforms and conversations.
  • Dental industry experience is preferred but not required

The pay range for this role is:
30,000 - 40,000 USD per year (Remote)
