• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client’s needs, history, and present situation.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring interventions that align with their unique goals and cultural contexts.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and systemic approaches.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to ensure high-quality services are accessible, especially to those who prefer or require remote sessions due to geographical or personal circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, including detailed progress notes, treatment adjustments, and outcomes, while adhering to established organizational policies and ethical guidelines.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice to foster goodwill and maintain the clinic’s reputation.

Our clinic caters to a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing relationship challenges, family dynamics, and mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• A valid LMFT license in the state of Washington is mandatory for this position.
• Strong familiarity with diagnostic criteria, treatment planning, and the completion of progress notes.
• Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence in therapeutic practice.
• Ability to apply compassionate care and empathy when engaging with clients in a clinical environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in clinical settings focused on marriage and family therapy.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for service delivery is a plus.
• Proficiency in methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy is desirable.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, inclusive of benefits.
