• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and objectives of each client.
• Engage with clients in individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide remote therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care even from the comfort of their homes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress through progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Uphold a professional demeanor while delivering counseling services, contributing to the positive reputation and goodwill of our clinic within the community.
• Adhere to our service provider agreement, organizational policies, and established best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
