As aSimioAccelerate Sales Associate,you will identify and grow sales opportunities and build relationships with clients primarily over the phone and through online communications. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or those with similar experience who want to start a career in sales. You'll promote and sell the Accelerate product, an agentic AI fundraising solution designed to help small and mid-sized nonprofits raise more funds with less effort. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer creative, result-driven opportunities to help them achieve their marketing goals.

Your Impact:

  • Make outbound sales outreach to potential clients to introduce and sell Accelerate solutions and products
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and engagement with prospects.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
  • Understand and explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of Accelerate products.
  • Assist with inbound sales calls as needed, providing excellent customer service and converting inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct demos, follow up with clients in a timely manner, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and deadlines.
  • Continuously learn about our industry and the unique benefits of our products and services to provide the best possible support to potential customers.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • 2 years relevant experience in SaaS sales and / or customer relationship management.
  • Sales or customer relationship management experience supporting non-profit organizations preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
