Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to the programs of the Workforce Development Department (WFD). Duties include database administration for GWH’s case management data system (CaseWorthy), validation of program services data entered into the database, and transfer of data from CaseWorthy into other data systems as required by program funders. This is a fully remote, part-time position through GTS. It is understood that all work will be completed outside of normal business hours. Timely submissions must always be given with at minimum 24 hours’ notice.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards by maintaining accurate data, reports, and documentation.
Exercise independent responsibility and judgment in auditing data in the CaseWorthy system to identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate data, and bring it to the attention of the Data Systems Manager.
All data should be reviewed prior to submission.
Maintain data quality and data integrity in all data systems.
Design and run database forms and reports as directed by the Data Systems Manager.
Provide end-user support to WFD Team as needed.
Assist with testing or validation of reports/forms as assigned.
Ensures and maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding organizational and sensitive personal data, adheres to ethical standards.
Supports routine WFD administrative requests
Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in Database Administration or a related field is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Training in SQL is highly preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in data management and validation.
Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
Key Performing Indicators:
Timely submission of data for grant reports.
Timely submission of Key Performance Indicators for each program.
Timely submission of reports from weekly KPIs.
Timely submission of ASR monthly and annual reports.
Accurate reporting of data within identified parameters.
