Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions that address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe environment where clients can express themselves and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and active license in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience working in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong track record of client success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow for the quick establishment of rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
