Omni Healing Counseling Aid is seeking dedicated and experienced mental health therapists to join our remote telehealth team. This full-time position entails delivering personalized mental health care via virtual platforms, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while making a significant impact in the lives of clients across Atlanta, Georgia. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the client’s mental health history and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based modalities to facilitate client progress.
• Hold therapeutic sessions focused on individual therapy, utilizing techniques best suited to each client’s goals.
• Monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services, addressing accessibility challenges and ensuring timely interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of treatment sessions to uphold ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated with the latest therapeutic approaches and techniques.

Our patient population includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and more. You will work with a diverse group of clients, from young adults to seniors, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet their unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or licensed psychologist (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, empathy, and communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients.
• Proficiency in managing a clinical caseload while maintaining organization and effective time management.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with virtual therapy tools and software.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Background in trauma-informed care practices is a significant advantage.
