• Conduct thorough client evaluations to identify needs and create tailored therapy plans that facilitate effective treatment.
• Lead structured therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies designed to address the diverse challenges faced by clients.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies to promote client growth and healing.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of treatment progress using electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals and couples facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will work with clients seeking to improve their emotional health and strengthen their interpersonal relationships, utilizing a person-centered approach to therapy that honors individual experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering therapeutic services.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport and connect authentically with clients, aiding in their healing journey.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred; familiarity will enhance your ability to integrate into our workflow.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery, understanding the unique circumstances surrounding remote therapy sessions.
• Awareness and sensitivity to the cultural backgrounds and diverse perspectives of clients.
• Clinical competence in specific areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or family therapy.
