POSITION SUMMARY
BYLT is seeking a highly connected and motivated Independent Sales Representative specializing in
Golf sales to drive business development and revenue growth within the golf, resort and hospitality
industries. This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep industry relationships, a passion for golf and
a proven ability to generate sales opportunities through established networks.

The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and managing client relationships with golf
courses, country clubs, resorts, pro shops, golf management companies and hospitality groups.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with golf courses, country clubs, resorts, golf
management companies, and hospitality decision makers
● Generate new business opportunities through industry networking, referrals, cold outreach, and
relationship management
● Represent the company at golf industry events, trade shows, tournaments, and networking events
● Present products to prospective clients and delivered customized sales solutions
● Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
● Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
● Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, promotions and account management
● Track sales activity, pipeline progress and market trends
● Identify emerging opportunities within the golf and resort markets

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
● Proven experience in outside sales, independent sales or business development
● Strong existing relationships within the golf, resort, hospitality, or country club industries
● Deep understanding of golf operations, resort environments and hospitality culture
● Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
● Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
● Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
● Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint)
COMPENSATION:
Commission-based structure with strong earning potential
