Job description

Lead West Coast wholesale expansion for a fast-growing apparel brand.
This role is ideal for reps currently representing apparel brands with active West Coast retail accounts
Love the feeling of summer all year long? So do we. Fair Harbor creates timeless, insanely comfortable apparel made from recycled plastic bottles-because looking good and doing good should go hand in hand.
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Independent Sales Rep to help grow our wholesale presence across the West Coast. If you're an entrepreneurial go-getter with strong retail relationships and a passion for sustainability, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
  • Build and grow wholesale accounts across the Western U.S.
  • Scout new opportunities and expand our presence in lifestyle boutiques, premium specialty stores, outdoor/coastal retailers, and more.
  • Manage relationships like a pro-orders, updates, sell-through analysis, and everything in between.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and competitive shifts to spot what's next.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to keep sales, product, and marketing efforts dialed in.
  • Represent Fair Harbor at trade shows, market appointments, and in-store events.
  • Travel the territory regularly (about 40-50%) to support accounts and grow the business.

Who You Are
  • An established independent rep or agency with a strong West Coast presence.
  • Already plugged into key retail relationships across lifestyle, outdoor, and specialty channels.
  • Experienced in selling lifestyle or sustainable apparel (big plus!).
  • Confident telling product stories and bringing a mission-driven brand to life.
  • Organized, analytical, and great with retail math.
  • A natural relationship builder with consistent seasonal outreach and a strong road game.

What You'll Get
  • 10% commission-based compensation (1099 contractor)
  • Seasonal incentives
  • Full seasonal sample sets, line books, marketing tools, and training
  • A brand with a mission you'll be proud to represent

If you're excited about championing a sustainability-driven apparel brand and building meaningful retail partnerships along the West Coast, we'd love to hear from you.
