Job description

Healthcare is in crisis and the people behind the results deserve better. With more and more data coming from wearables, lab tests, and patient-doctor interactions, we're entering an era where data is abundant.
Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. Our mission is simple but ambitious: use health data to unlock unprecedented insight into human health and disease.
If you're passionate about how technology can supercharge healthcare, you'll fit right in.
Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, we're working to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time: making healthcare personalized, proactive, and affordable. We're already connecting millions and scaling fast.
Short on time? TL;DR
  • You: An Account Executive who thrives in early-stage environments and cares deeply about fixing healthcare. You're comfortable taking full ownership of pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing with SMBs and Enterprise customers
  • Us: Team of 4 AE's with support from an SDR team of 2 (and growing!)
  • Salary: $120-140K base, $240-285K OTE
  • Metric ownership: New business ARR + deal velocity
  • Location: New York City metro with two days per week in our co-working space for the first three months, and remotely from then on
Why we need this role
As we enter our next phase of growth, we're hiring our next Account Executive alongside Brad, Kendall, Patrick, and Nick to accelerate new business revenue, build repeatable sales motions, and partner closely with our customers to deliver transformational impact in healthcare.
This is a quota-carrying role reporting to our Head of Commercial, Eric working alongside our SDRs, Ryan and Anthony.
What you'll be doing day to day
  • Generating and managing pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative sourcing, partnering with the SDR team
  • Running high-quality discovery calls to deeply understand customer problems and align Junction's solution
  • Driving complex multi-stakeholder deals to close across enterprise teams in healthcare
  • Handling objections with resilience and empathy, always focused on ethical selling and long-term relationships
  • Negotiating terms and structuring deals that create value for both Junction and our customers
  • Partnering closely with product and customer success to make handoffs smooth and customer value delivery
What makes you a great fit
  • You have 3+ years experience selling to SMBs + enterprise customers. Selling into healthcare customers isn't mandatory, but your passion for it is!
  • You're a driven hunter who thrives on building pipeline and closing new business in fast-moving environments
  • You believe in ethical, consultative selling - building trust with customers while holding the line for the company
  • You love solving complex problems with technology, and can translate product capabilities into clear value for healthcare stakeholders
  • You're a natural relationship builder, able to influence clinicians, execs, and operators alike
  • You take ownership and accountability, rallying teams to find solutions and always focusing on delivering real customer impact.
  • Your salary is dependent on your location and experience level
  • Equity (extended exercise post 2 years of employment)
  • Company and team offsites
  • Monthly learning budget of $150 for personal development and productivity
  • $100 monthly wellness budget
  • Flexible, remote-first working - including $1K for home office equipment
  • Coworking budget
  • 36 days paid time off (including bank holidays)
  • Premium healthcare coverage
  • 4% monthly contribution to pension/401k
  • Yearly blood test on us
  • Enhanced parental, foster, and adoption leave

Important details before applying:
  • We only hire folks physically based in GMT and EST timezones - more information here
  • We do not sponsor visas right now given our stage
