GMT Strategy is seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to help local businesses grow through advanced marketing systems, customer targeting, and business strategy.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are building a modern business growth company that combines advanced advertising technology, localized customer targeting, and hands-on business strategy to help companies generate more leads, improve marketing performance, and grow revenue. We are looking for hungry, self-motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, prospecting businesses, and creating opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold outreach, face-to-face business conversations, and wants unlimited earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • As a Growth Partner, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business
  • opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Cold calling local businesses
  • Visiting businesses in person to introduce solutions
  • Building relationships with business owners
  • Prospecting and generating new leads
  • Setting appointments and conducting discovery conversations
