SPX Specialist, Senior (Global Mobility)

The Opportunity

The Supplier Partner Experience Specialist, Senior plays a key role in supporting Altair's supplier ecosystem across multiple service lines. This role partners closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure strong service delivery, compliance, reporting, and ongoing program support.

This is a highly collaborative position that blends supplier management, operational coordination, reporting, and project support.

What You'll Do

  • Support service delivery and supplier performance management across:
    • Rental Assistance
    • Spouse/Partner Assistance
  • Assist with supplier compliance, contracting, referral reporting, and collection support
  • Help grow utilization of supplier service lines through coordination and data tracking
  • Support annual SPX supplier compliance initiatives, including:
    • Supplier Partner Risk Assessments (SRA)
    • Supplier Partner list validation
  • Monitor SRA processes and provide progress updates to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in recurring compliance meetings with internal and external partners
  • Support supplier diversity reporting (monthly, quarterly, and year-end)
  • Collect, track, and maintain supplier diversity certifications
  • Assist with client inquiries related to supplier diversity
  • Help expand Altair's certified diverse supplier partner network
  • Support planning and administration of the Annual SPX Supplier Awards Program, including:
    • Supplier communications and coordination
    • SharePoint setup and nomination tracking
    • Cross-functional support with Marketing and internal teams
  • Assist with supplier management databases and system updates
  • Support SOC 2, RFP, and supplier list requests
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the SPX team
  • Assist with shared inbox management, reporting, and documentation
  • Support business development and RFP efforts with pricing, SME input, and scenario support

What You Bring

  • Experience working with suppliers, vendors, or partner networks, ideally within global relocation or an adjacent business line
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across service lines
  • Experience with compliance, reporting, or operational support
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners
  • Proficiency with tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and reporting systems, with ability to learn internal, proprietary systems
