This role provides flexibility through a remote work setting while still ensuring that you remain connected with your colleagues and clients. You will collaborate with a variety of professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrist staff, and case workers, to foster a comprehensive support system for our clients. Regular virtual meetings and collaborative tools will assist you in maintaining effective communication, ensuring that you are at the forefront of client support.

• Engage with clients through teletherapy, utilizing platforms that comply with HIPAA regulations to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, including intake interviews and ongoing evaluations to tailor individual treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate actively in case planning sessions with your interdisciplinary team to ensure that the holistic needs of each client are met and track progress toward defined goals.
• Educate clients and their families regarding available mental health resources, community services, and coping strategies that enhance their quality of life.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health initiatives and continue developing professionally by attending relevant training and workshops.

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As a social worker, your expertise will particularly benefit older adults who often deal with unique life transitions and mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their specific circumstances, fostering their resilience and independence.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university is required.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Nevada.
• Strong understanding and experience in geriatric social work or dealing with older adult populations.
• Proficiency in various clinical assessment tools and therapeutic modalities relevant to diverse patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

• At least two years of proven experience working in a clinical setting with a focus on individual therapy and case management.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Skills in crisis intervention and acute case management would be an asset.
