• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment plans.
• Delivering effective therapy sessions remotely, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique challenges.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engaging in regular consultation with team members and participating in clinical supervision to enhance skills and treatment strategies.
• Staying updated on best practices in telehealth and incorporating new therapeutic techniques as needed.

The ideal candidate will support a diverse clientele dealing with an array of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds and will have the opportunity to address unique cultural considerations in treatment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and active unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
• Strong background in mental health counseling with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a teletherapy setting.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and digital tools that enhance the counseling process.
• Experience with diverse client populations, including those from marginalized communities.
