• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to meet their distinct needs.
• Foster therapeutic relationships with clients and families, enabling an open dialogue that supports their emotional and psychological growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate medical and psychological care.
• Keep meticulous and confidential records of client sessions in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.
• Engage in regular meetings with colleagues to discuss client progress and treatment approaches, sharing insights and strategies to improve care outcomes.
• Assist in outreach initiatives to engage the community and promote mental health awareness, further expanding our impact.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, such as marital discord, parenting issues, and anxiety disorders. Your empathy and expertise will help clients navigate their unique circumstances, reinforcing their resilience and encouraging them to achieve their personal goals. We are particularly focused on serving the Santa Rosa community and surrounding areas, ensuring our clients receive relevant and culturally sensitive care.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active LMFT license in the state of California, with the ability to practice independently.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic assessment, intervention strategies, and case documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and the technology used to facilitate remote sessions.

• At least two years of experience working as a licensed marriage and family therapist.
• Experience in a community health setting, particularly in a remote capacity.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
