Breakthrough Service is on the hunt for skilled and dedicated Residential, Light Commercial, and Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in various commercial buildings.


What You'll Do:

  • Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Interpret and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals on HVAC projects and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
