Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders at Life & Annuities insurance organizations

Serve as a strategic advisor, translating clients’ business challenges into solutions across Data, Cloud, AI, and Digital

Develop and execute account plans for growth, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction

Identify and convert new business opportunities — know where the market is and how to position EPAM for success

Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and close

Create compelling value propositions for data engagements, AI-driven business improvements, and digital transformation

Serve as engagement architect, partnering with delivery and solution teams to scope and price engagements

Drive account revenue growth, manage pipeline, and own P&L performance across your portfolio

Support sales/pre‑sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations
Requirements
-
Deep domain expertise in Life & Annuities insurance — life insurance, annuities, and/or retirement products
-
Proven track record in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client partner roles within the insurance industry

Ability to connect AI and data conversations to business value — e.g., AI in underwriting, ML applications, selling data engagements

Knowledge of policy admin systems and/or distribution systems
-
Experience selling or delivering Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI, or Digital platform solutions
-
Background in retirement services (insurance‑adjacent or wealth management context a plus)
-
Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

10+ years in P&L, Sales, or Account Management roles

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $180,000 - $225,000.
