Mainspring is seeking a versatile, business-minded attorney to join our Legal team. You will be a critical member of Mainspring's team as an accomplished transactional attorney who has the skill and versatility to flex between supporting a wide range of contracts, negotiations, and advisory work. In this role, you will not only draft and negotiate agreements, but also serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and a wide range of vendors, customers, and strategic partners. 

As a key member of the legal organization, you will have the opportunity to drive a tremendous impact by helping to create and shape the legal infrastructure of this area of the business. You are a problem solver, skilled communicator, relationship builder, and have a track record of success as a strategic lawyer operating in a dynamic environment.

This position is remote. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee. Along with the base salary, Mainspring offers pre-IPO stock options + benefits.
