• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to formulate effective treatment plans, taking into account their unique circumstances and mental health goals.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Narrative Therapy.
• Implement strategies to empower clients in developing healthier communication patterns and coping mechanisms through interactive sessions.
• Document session progress and client feedback accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and best practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training workshops and securing certifications relevant to current therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to support clients holistically, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses any overlapping mental health and physical health issues.

As an LMFT with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, to families requiring guidance to enhance communication and dynamics. Your expertise will enable you to navigate complex scenarios and provide tailored support, fostering resilience and understanding among clients.

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong foundation in therapeutic interventions, with an emphasis on family systems theory and its practical application in therapy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic environment, ideally working with families and couples.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote therapy, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• A track record of developing impactful therapeutic relationships that result in measurable outcomes for clients.
