Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance overall patient outcomes.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training sessions to promote professional development and adherence to best practices in therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and support clients navigating challenging emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, providing mental health support to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current state license (such as LMHC, LCSW-R, LMFT, LCSW) and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in counseling or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and effective decision-making capabilities.
• A commitment to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant healthcare technologies.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

• Experience working in telehealth or remote therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 95,000 to 105,000 per year, based on productivity and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
