And committed to providing superior service and leaving things better than we found them.Job SummaryThe Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning experiences that support employee development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across AIS and its operating companies. This role partners closely with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE), Operations, Human Resources, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality training solutions focused on safety, technical skills, leadership development, and compliance.
