The FAST Labs™ Supply Chain organization is looking to hire a Principal Subcontract Administrator to support the FAST Labs™ Fundamental Research mission. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of fundamental research subcontracts across a diverse group of technology partners and academic institutions. Responsibilities include executing proprietary information agreements (PIAs), as well as the full subcontract lifecycle from the proposal phase through negotiation, award, execution, and final close-out.

  • Proficient use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience
