Job Description

Location: Remote anywhere in the USA

We are looking for a high-impact Solution Sales Professional (SSP)ย to lead the next frontier of our AI growth: Agentic Automation.ย

The ideal candidate is a "Technical Seller"-someone who possesses the data gravity to architect complex solutions but the executive presence to lead a boardroom workshop. You will be responsible for moving customers from "basic chatbots" to sophisticated, autonomous agentic workflows that bridge the gap between Azure, Dynamics (F&O and CE), and Foundry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Discovery & Workshops:ย Lead high-level customer discovery sessions to identify business friction points and translate them into agentic AI opportunities.
  • Technical Architecture:ย Design agentic frameworks utilizing MCP (Model Context Protocol) server task lists, RPA, and traditional automation.
  • Cross-Platform Integration:ย Work across the Microsoft ecosystem to build "Agent-First" transformations, specifically integrating Azure AI, Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE), and Foundry Data Agents.
  • Outcome Validation:ย Deep-dive into technical requirements and business processes to confirm that proposed agentic outcomes are technically viable and ROI-positive.
  • Pipeline Growth:ย Drive a target of $5M+ in annual agentic bookingsย by scaling the "AI Factory" model (AI at scale) for enterprise clients.

The Ideal Profile

  • The Bridge:ย You can "talk shop" with data engineers and then pivot to "talk value" with a COO or CFO.
  • Data Background:ย Strong foundational knowledge in data architecture, analytics, or AI modeling.
  • Ecosystem Expert:ย Deep familiarity with the Microsoft stack (Azure/Dynamics). You understand how Dynamics is becoming inherently agentic and how to capitalize on that shift.
  • Workshop Facilitator:ย Proven ability to lead white-boarding sessions that move a client from a vague idea to a concrete technical roadmap.
Qualifications

Technical Qualifications

  • Experience:ย 5+ years in Technical Sales, Solution Architecture, or AI Consulting.
  • Cloud Proficiency:ย Advanced understanding of Azure AI Servicesย and Data Platforms.
  • Dynamics Expertise:ย Hands-on exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)ย and Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Emerging Tech:ย Familiarity with MCP servers, autonomous agents, and Foundry Data Agents.
  • Automation:ย Experience with RPA tools and how they intersect with modern LLM-driven agents.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Why Join Hitachi Solutions?
