This is a full time opportunity in Houston, TX.
Hybrid - onsite a few days a week.

Our client is looking for a passionate and creative Software Engineer to join our team to support the Channel Partner business unit. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable applications alongside other team members. Your responsibilities will include writing effective APIs, building beautiful responsive user interfaces, ensuring software responsiveness and efficiency through testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing security and data protection settings. You should be comfortable working in an agile development environment and have experience with agile methodologies.
Essential Job Functions
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
Competencies
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing responsive web applications for desktop and mobile
