Job description

Junior Full Stack Developer

A Fortune 500 company is looking for a Junior Full Stack developer in the Fort Worth metroplex. This is a 12-month contract with opportunity for extension or conversion to full time. The role will be 3-5 days a month onsite and the rest of the days remote.

- 4+ years of software engineering development experience with at least 2 years working on an agile team

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

- Experience building applications using a broad stack of technologies (UI, API, data, etc.) such as Angular, SQL, Java

- Experience working in agile teams and sound knowledge of agile scrum methodology

- Experience working with Angular 108+, Java, J2EE stack, Spring/Spring Boot, Azure, SQL, Maven or Ant, Git and Test Driven Development (TDD)

- Hands-on experience with API Design & Development and Micro Services Architecture

- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash and Docker.

- Knowledge of Messaging Technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, SNS, SQS) is a plus

- An Ability to learn and develop expertise in new tools and products
